All classes are run by a chartered physiotherapist with postgraduate
Yoga and Pilates training.
All classes are small groups, classes are blocked booked in sets of 5 weeks (except when bank holidays occur)
If you want to try a class but not sure if they are suitable for you please give me a call and we can discuss what class may be appropriate. To get the most out of the classes some people find it useful to book a 121 physio assessment before stepping starting which allows us to go over the basics and discuss any injuries you may have. This also gives me the option to prescribe a home exercise program or offer manual therapy if it's required.
